Creating Learning That Lasts
A Mead education is comprehensive and intentional. Our commitment to teaching and learning is expressed through our detailed Key Learning Goals for each subject and our overarching Seven School Skills. The Mead Seven School Skills
Values that define our school, skills that empower our students.
The Seven School Skills represent our overarching approach to education and learning. Students are encouraged to be tenacious investigators, express their opinions, and understand their own learning styles. They are challenged to think critically, use their imaginations and ask questions of themselves and the world around them. Students are empowered to take intellectual risks and are nurtured to be self aware. These skills enable students to advocate effectively for themselves during and after their time at Mead.
