THE MEAD SCHOOL EARLY LEARNING CENTER

Nurturing each child's potential every step of the way.

A Home Away From Home

High quality child care offers more than just a safe place for children; it has a positive effect on a child’s early development and sets the foundation for positive relationships and a lifetime of learning. Mead is dedicated to providing a warm, supportive environment, serving as a home away from home for both child and family.

Our developmentally appropriate approach to early childhood care and education focuses on the whole child. From our youngest infant to our oldest preschooler, we understand that each child develops at his or her own unique pace and we work to create an environment that addresses each child’s emotional, social and intellectual needs.

Bright & Spacious Classrooms, Vast Outdoor Spaces

Our building's architecture and interior design reflect an openness that encourages exploration and discovery. Spacious classrooms and engaging materials evolve with the children, supporting optimal growth and development.
Located in beautiful, residential North Stamford, the Mead campus boasts vast grounds for learning and play, and all of our child care classes take advantage of being outdoors as much as possible each day.
