The First Annual Museum of Achievement
On Thursday morning, the K-8 students presented the work that they are most proud of this year in an exhibition titled the "Museum of Achievement". Each student had a dedicated space to display their work and after drop-off, families and friends made their way through the school to hear presentations and ask questions of the students.
The tone of the morning was one of great excitement and pride! Students were excited to share their work with so many interested and supportive members of our community.
Peter Herzberg, Head of School, explains, "Exhibition, or performance mastery, is often an important part of progressive education. In this case, with the guidance of teachers, students selected a project or assignment which each feels represents progress, or excellence, in some way. The Museum of Achievement provides our students the opportunity to show their work to a larger audience."
