STEAM, Nature Lunch, & Club Wednesdays

Mead is a school that values strength in Community. The eighth graders know our Kindergarten students by name, and we like it that way! So when pandemic cohorting became a reality on our campus, there was a palpable sense of loss when we could not come together as we were regularly accustomed to. 

We are happy to find ourselves beyond that challenge, and a big part of what has renewed and reinvigorated our sense of community across the school has been our new Wednesday schedule which began as a piloted program last September. This year we committed to improving and enhancing the program and we are thrilled that STEAM Team challenges, Nature Lunch (Pre-K - Grade 8), and Clubs are off to a great start this year.
