Reminder: Student Wellness Screener App Daily Use

PLEASE NOTE: Students and staff will NOT be permitted into the building unless the School Wellness Screener App process is complete. Set an alarm/reminder to do this PRIOR TO ARRIVAL AT SCHOOL every morning! The App must be completed even if faculty and/or students will be absent that day.

Families (on behalf of students) and staff are required to account for both their wellness and attendance every weekday, prior to arrival, by completing our School Wellness Screener App. 

Families and staff can access the SWS / School Wellness Screener from their personal devices to complete critical wellness questions related to symptoms, exposure, and travel. Answering “yes” to any of the questions posed is a clear indication that a student or staff member should not be in attendance. If this is the case, please contact Joanne Costello, Assistant Head of School for Admissions & Community Relations, for K-8 issues and Robyn Santagata, Assistant Head of School for Early Learning, for ELC issues to discuss next steps.
