The Mead School is seeking a temporary night custodian for immediate hire. Ideal candidates will have custodial experience in a school or commercial environment. Five days a week, Monday through Friday, approximately 3 hours a night beginning at 3:30 or 4:00 pm. This job is approximately a 3-month term.

Position(s) Available: Toddler Teacher
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 3+ years experience providing care for young children, preferably in a classroom type setting.
Knowledge: Should have understanding of the early childhood years and possess ability to work with children ranging in age from 18 to 36 months
Personality: Must be able to relate to children and adults. Have a professional manner, be organized, take direction well and be quick to learn. Should possess a strong positive energy and communicate well with others. Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills, trustworthy and maintain strict confidentiality standards.
Responsibilities: Include but are not limited to working in conjunction with a lead teacher to maintain a physically safe, clean and healthy learning environment; provide a developmentally appropriate and anti-biased curriculum; and care for and support each child's emotional, social, cognitive, creative and physical development.
Education: CDA, Early Childhood Education Certificate or Associate Degree is minimum requirement
Please note: This is a full time position, Monday through Friday, 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, September though August. Competitive salary and benefits including paid time off.
