The students in Toddler 3 are beginning to work together in small groups throughout the day. At this age, children move toward each other as they experiment in play and sharing ideas and spaces. One of the more popular spaces for this group is the Sharing Room, which they use daily.
The children demonstrate increased strength and endurance as they climb and tumble on the mats and structures. They are noticing what others are doing and are also attempting those tricks for themselves! The children gain a sense of pride and accomplishment from trying new things and succeeding in these tasks. It's such a fun age for discovery and a great space for them to stretch their minds and muscles!
